Files with feedback can be attached and uploaded in response to a participant’s assignment submission. The feedback files can be submitted to assignments that have been marked up, original documents with comments, rubrics, audio commentary, and so on.
Enabling Feedback Files
- Access the assignment for which you would like to enable feedback files.
- Click Edit settings in the Administration block.
- Scroll to the Feedback types and check the Feedback files box to enable.
- Click either of the Save buttons when you have finished.
Providing Feedback Files to Students
- Identify and click the assignment for which you would like to provide a feedback file on the front page of your course.
- Click the View all submissions OR Grade link to access students’ submissions.
- If you click View all submissions, you will need to click the Grade button for the student you’d like to grade.
- If you click the Grade link on the assignment page, you will be taken to the grading page for the first student in your course.
- On the grading page for the student you’d like to grade, scroll down to the Feedback files section.
- To upload a file, either drag and drop your feedback file into the box or click the add file button ( ) and manually browse to the file.
- Click the Save Changes button when you have finished.
