The process to add a link or attachment begins with the same five steps:
- Open the assignment to which you will add an attachment or hyperlink.
- Click the Gear Menu and select Edit Settings.
- Type the label for your hyperlink or attachment.
- Highlight the text.
- Click the Link button in the text editor.
To add a link:
- Enter the URL into the Enter a URL box.
- Select the Open in new window checkbox.
- Click the Create link button.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select either the Save and Return to Course or the Save and Display option.
To add an attachment:
- Follow the five steps at the beginning of this article to open the Create Link box.
- In the Create Link box, select Browse Repositories.
- The File Picker box appears.
- Select Upload a File on the left side of the File Picker box.
- Select Browse and choose a file from your computer.Select Upload This File.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select either the Save and Return to Course or the Save and Display.
