Accessing a Closed Course

Instructors can access their courses even after they are removed from student view and access. Instructors lose access to their courses after an extended period of inactivity (typically 180 days). You will need to request enrollment if you have lost access to your old course(s).

Requesting Enrollment

You will need to reach out to your Faculty Support Specialist to be enrolled as the instructor in closed courses.

If you do not know your Faculty Support Specialist’s contact information, contact Technical Support; they will be able to connect you.
